Getting started with a whimper…
OK, it’s been two and a half months since the first post in this blog. When I posted that, things were looking good on the cartooning front — I was in the planning stages of a web comic (I would have been the artist for other writers) and I was still riding high from a sudden surge of creative activity.
Well, the web comic thing fell apart, and after that, things started going crazy at my regular job, which kinda took the creative winds out of my sails for a bit.
But after a meetup with some other creative comic/cartoon/writer folks, I’m ready to have another go at it.
So, the next post in this blog will be a drawing. It may suck, but hey, we gotta start somewhere, right?
